Can both whitelist and blacklist be set simultaneously?

Priority in Simultaneous Whitelist and Blacklist Entries :

When an IP range is added to both the whitelist and the blacklist simultaneously, such as adding the IP range 10.0.0.0/24 to the whitelist and 10.1.0.0/24 to the blacklist, the IP range in the whitelist (10.0.0.0/24) takes precedence. Devices with IP addresses within the range of 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.254 can use the proxy through the following methods:

User & Pass Auth usage: Based on the IP range in the whitelist, devices with IP addresses within the range of 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.254 can use the Halopro proxy through user and password authentication.

Whitelist Auth usage : Similarly, based on the IP range in the whitelist, devices with IP addresses within the range of 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.254 can use the proxy after being added to the IP whitelist.
