Yes. If you purchase a static proxy IP and no longer need it from the next month onwards, you can click to cancel automatic renewal. If you purchase a traffic package, unused traffic is not refundable.
Tutorial:
Navigate to the 【IP Management】page under either 【Static ISP Proxies】or【Dedicated Datacenter Proxies】and click on the【Auto Renewal】option.
Within the【Auto Renewal】area, select the IP addresses that you wish to cancel the renewal for, and move them to the【Optional IP】section.
Click on【Save】
