What are the proxy solutions available?

What are the differences between Static ISP Proxies and Residential Proxies?

These are two different types of proxies. Residential Proxies changes its IP address each time a new network connection is established, mimicking the behavior of a real user. This makes it suitable for activities such as web scraping and data extraction.
On the other hand, Static ISP Proxies have a fixed IP address that does not change, making them well-suited for scenarios that require a stable online presence.

Which countries and regions do your proxies cover?

Currently, we cover over 220 countries and regions, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and more. If you want to check whether proxies are available for purchase in your target country or region, please click on the List to view the covered countries and regions along with their respective IP quantities.

Why is KYC verification necessary?

As part of our security policy, please complete KYC verification before using our proxy services. This is to ensure the highest level of security for our clients and to guarantee that our proxy network is used only for business cases that meet ethical standards. The KYC process does not prevent you from purchasing a proxy plan.

Can I use the proxy on multiple devices?

Sure. A single proxy can be used simultaneously on different devices or across different networks.

Do you support the use of proxies on mobile phones?

Yes. First, open your WLAN settings and select the wireless network you wish to connect to. Then, tap on the wireless network settings, go to proxy settings, and select 'Manual'. Manually enter the IP address and port number you get from Halopro.

Which protocols are supported by the proxy?

The Halopro’s proxy supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. The HTTP and HTTPS protocols obtained from the official website are interoperable, and you can set the request protocol directly for proxying.

Which third-party tools does it support integration with?

The Halopro proxy can be used in conjunction with tools that support proxies, such as fingerprint browsers and browser extensions, allowing for easy integration with your data collection projects.

How do I proceed with the KYC Verification process, and what information is required?

Please enter your name, scan the QR code with your device, and then fill in the following information: country, and select one document type from ID card, passport, driver's license, or residence permit. You will need to upload a photo of the chosen document and complete a facial recognition process. The entire KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process can be completed in just a few minutes, it's very easy.

Will my verification information be kept confidential?

We take your personal privacy extremely seriously. To verify your identity and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we utilize a third-party identity verification service called Onfido. Halopro cannot access any of the document content you submit through Onfido, and your personal information will never be used for any purpose other than identity verification. We promise that the identity verification information is solely used for verifying your identity.

Why can't I find the lowest-priced plan displayed on the official website?

When you purchase a plan of a certain value, you will be eligible for additional discounts. Please contact our sales team through our sales@halopro.com to inquire about lower prices.

Can I purchase and use without Know Your Customer(KYC)?

Failing to complete KYC Verification will not prevent you from purchasing the proxy plan. However, you will need to verify your KYC information when get the proxy, as this ensures the highest level of security for our clients.

Do you issue invoices? How do I apply for one?

Sure. Upon logging in to your dashboard, you can download your invoices from the 'Operate' under 【PRODUCTS-Billing】.
Please note: Invoices are not available for complimentary orders or orders paid using wallet.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. If you purchase a Static ISP Proxy and no longer need it from the next month onwards, you can cancel automatic renewal. If you purchase a traffic package, unused traffic is not refundable.
